Last night, NY Jets Wide Receiver David Nelson hosted a launch party for his organization i’mME at Hotel Chantelle in NYC. Even with training camp starting tomorrow, New York Jets players Geno Smith, Eric Decker, Bilal Powell, and Jalen Saunders were all in attendance at the Super-Hero themed event to support David and the organization.

i’mME was founded by Nelson and his two brothers in 2013 after a moving trip to Haiti. The cause works to support orphans in Haiti through creating new infrastructure and providing program resources. David spoke to the crowd addressing his passion for these children and the difference he knows this organization can make.

"It ain’t too much much that a grill say besides that I got some gold over my teeth."

Here is a pdf letter you can send to Crooked Harry (D-NV).

"We’re sitting there and they keep showing Johnny on T.V. and Johnny and I are texting and he shoots me a text and he says, ‘I wish you guys would come get me. Hurry up and draft me because I want to be there. I want to wreck this league together."
"When I got that text, I forwarded it to the owner and to the head coach (Mike Pettine). I’m like ‘this guy wants to be here. He wants to be part of it.’ As soon as that happened, Mr. Haslam said, ‘pull the trigger. We’re trading up to go get this guy.’" (Plain Dealer)

Footlocker just dropped its latest spot “No Rings” poking fun at ringless sports legends Barry Sanders, LaDainian Tomlinson, Chris Webber and Karl Malone, and featuring adidas basketball star, Portland Trail Blazers’ Damian Lillard.

It’s really, really good.
